I've played through the Republic Commandos game and love the aesthetic and feel of them, and I'd like to show my knowledge and understanding of them to others through being RC Lead. In every way, RC has a way to differentiate themselves from the base battalions, such as their armor, weapons, and their training, and I'd like to find a place within them, preferably as the lead. [b]  What does it take to be a good leader(50 word min):[/b]       To be a good leader, you need to know cause and effect, common decency, and to be firm but fair. You need to understand the situations both you and others are in, and work to improve both as best you can. Along with that, you need to lead by example, not just by barking orders out to others. If you don't have the power to do something that you're ordering, you shouldn't tell others to do so unless you plan to do it with them. Along with all this, knowing your limits is a key factor in success. Know what you do and what you don't, and stick to what you do. You must also take accountability for your actions, and you should never pass the blame of your own problems to others. [b]  How active will you be: [/b]     For now, I can be on only on weekends (Friday-Sunday), but once I get my schedule fixed, I'll be able to get on any day from 3 PM EST to 8 PM EST.
