I always found myself drawn to the Lore Jedi Aayla Secura. Aayla had a strong commitment to her troops. I have played Aayla on other servers and enjoyed every minute of it. I do think people don't always understand the lore behind the Jedi that they are playing and sometimes that causes a rift. Lore Jedi are important and have backstories that deserve to be read. Every Lore Jedi has a responsibility to uphold the actual Lore of the Jedi they are playing. I do have experience and have read the Lore of Aayla Secura and have played her. I find her Lore to be the most interesting and her background is so amazing and would love to have the opportunity to play her.   [b]What does it take to be a good leader(50 word min):[/b] A leader must gain respect from the people who serve under them and from that respect comes the want to follow. A good leader is not about yelling and screaming at your troops in my opinion. I worked as a Grand Master Jedi and Jedi Knight on many other servers and found that the people who yell don't have the respect of those who follow them. I served with a Commander who had the respect not only of his battalion, but even people not in his battalion. He would never yell and when I asked him about how he was such a good leader he told me "being a good leader is not about belittling those in your battalion, but rather being able to take criticism and taking suggestions. You see being a great leader is about knowing when to follow." This has always stuck with me and its true. Most leaders might see this as weakness but I find it shows strength.   [b]How active will you be:[/b] everyday for about 5-8 hours.   [b]Are you aware you must/can attend Commander Meetings?[/b] Yes!   [b]Are you aware you are in charge of co-leading you're respective battalion:[/b] Yes! I am aware that I will be helping the Commander. A Jedi and the Commander have a special relationship and mutual respect.  [b]Are you aware you represent the Jedi:[/b] Yes, I have been a Jedi on many other servers and understand what it means to be a Jedi.
