[b]Battalion Commander Application: In-game name:212th SPC 8199 Tezcarnage SteamID([url]https://steamid.io/[/url]): [/b]STEAM_0:1:564862026 [b]Do you have a microphone: Yes The battalion you are applying for: 212th Commander Cody Why do you want to be Commander(50 word min):[/b] In order to attempt to reform, or at the very least exercise control over the 212th as at this time, the 212th division is in need of some new incentives to keep enlisted interested with the Battalion and keep them active, whilst at the same time drawing in prospective recruits to the Unit. 212th is, putting it lightly, not in a great spot right now, with low numbers of troopers, and troopers that are in the battalion seem to be less active and invigorated than seen in other battalions such as 501st and 41st, which have seen spikes in player activity in recent times. [b] What does it take to be a good leader(50-word min):[/b] [size=100]Dwight.D.Eisenhower once said, “The supreme quality of leadership is unquestionably integrity. Without it, no real success is possible, no matter whether it is on a football field, in an army, or in an office.” Honesty and integrity are two important ingredients that make a good leader. How can you expect your followers to be honest when you lack these qualities yourself? Leaders succeed when they stick to their values and core beliefs and without ethics, this will not be possible.[/size]Make sure that every one of your subordinates is accountable for what they are doing, and the only way you can do that is to hold yourself to the highest level of accountability. If they do well, give them a pat on the back but if they struggle, make them realize their mistakes and work together to improve. +1 He is a good, honest, and mature lad, and after witnessing the fate of the last commander. I think that maturity will be vital in returning 212th back to a respectable position.
